Our Founding Principle
Prior to entering higher education, I spent seventeen years in corporate leadership roles, where operational inefficiencies and reporting errors carried direct financial consequences. That experience continues to inform every program Central Florida Corporate Solutions, LLC delivers. Upon transitioning into higher education, I began teaching Excel, project management, and business systems to adult professionals — working individuals balancing full-time careers with continuing education.
The instructional materials required for these courses, however, were developed for a general audience and did not correspond to the specific responsibilities of the students in the classroom. Students acquired concepts and frameworks without a clear application to the tasks awaiting them at work. Many completed coursework having satisfied a requirement, without gaining an applicable skill.
It became evident that the most valuable instruction occurred not through assigned coursework, but through direct assistance with students' actual professional challenges — spreadsheets, reports, and project deliverables specific to their roles. This observation established the operating premise of Central Florida Corporate Solutions, LLC: training must be built around the individual's actual work, not adapted from a generic curriculum.
This premise is the foundation upon which Central Florida Corporate Solutions, LLC was established.
CFCS designs training around the work our clients' employees perform daily — in Excel, project management, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement — so that participants leave each session with skills they can apply immediately.
Our objective is not course completion. It is measurable improvement in accuracy, efficiency, and confidence in the workplace.
